God's Direction?
I've applied for a teaching position and got rejected again. I wonder why? I always thought this is what I want to do, and can do pretty well in that. (Was it something I said during the interview?)
Anyway, now that this direction is blocked for the second time, I'm starting to wonder whether God has another intention for me. I'll just have to pray about it. Right now, I should just concentrate on my studies.
Here's to my spiritual family. Blessed 20th Anniversary. Thanks for the many encouragement, lessons, and spiritual nourishment for me ever since 1998. I would like to reiterate my conviction: I will not leave this church unless it has gone heretical (or I have become heretical). An additional conviction: Expect great things from God, attempt great things for God.

Comet Lulin is visible now, in between Gemini and Cancer. But I haven't moved my backside to lug my tele or even my bino to take a look at it. I've been so lazy these few weeks. Projects and readings are piling way too high. Whenever I have the motivation to read, the reading is so difficult I grimace and go back to wasting time.
WW2 relic found in the field behind my house, which used to be just forest with some colonial houses hidden within. I had been spying (hehe) since late afternoon with my bino, though I saw little dark green men (turns out to be the army people) crowding that area since morning.
And now that they mention it, I recall a police car pulling up at the construction site yesterday afternoon. So this was what it was about.
I also heard the loud "BOOM". Haha. A little highlight of the week. :)
