Scary Thought
Something scary just dawned upon me.You can preach something for your whole life but still compromise when you are the one tested.
I can preach standing up for God in persercution my whole life but when it does happen, only the Lord knows whether you can stand it or not.
This is every Christian's stumbling block, and a stumbling block to every Christian. Is not our life an open testimony for all around us? Are we not answerable for every broken promise to God.
May God help me that I will not break any doctrines and beliefs that I hold so dearly now.
